Kevin Lunsford, Contractor

Kevin, a native of Western North Carolina, grew up hiking and fishing in the beautiful mountains he still calls home today. He is passionate about preserving the region’s natural landscape, approaching each project with care and attention to detail to ensure your custom home complements its surroundings.
Kevin discovered his passion for construction at a young age, beginning his career as a carpenter’s helper and laborer. He worked his way up to lead carpenter before advancing into roles as an estimator and project manager, holding leadership positions with several successful construction companies. He later founded 2L’s Custom Building & Design alongside his wife, Meg, a designer, building an impressive portfolio of custom homes throughout the area.
Committed to the well-being of those on and off the job site, Kevin furthered his education to become an OSHA instructor. He now leads training courses across a variety of safety topics, with job site safety remaining a top priority at 2L’s Custom Building & Design.
